Can I return or exchange my order if I change my mind?
Because each item is made-to-order just for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Please double-check the sizing chart before placing your order.
What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?
We’ve got you covered! If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective (or you received the wrong item), we’ll evaluate the issue and make it right and a replacement will be sent to you. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Contact us at hello@dataswagco.com for any issues with your order.
What if I entered the wrong address?
If your package is returned because of an incorrect address or was unclaimed, you’ll be responsible for the reshipping costs.
Refunds
If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at hello@dataswagco.com.
